Job Responsibilities:
1. Collect product data on competitors, including but not limited to product features, pricing, market performance, and promotional strategies.
2. Organize and analyze data using databases and analytical tools to build a competitive product database.
3. Maintain records of product samples and manage inventory for incoming and outgoing products.
4. Assist the team in presenting research findings during regular meetings and propose suggestions for product improvements.
5. Collaborate closely with product development and marketing teams to ensure consistent information flow and strategy alignment.
6. Maintain and update the competitive product database, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in biochemistry, chemical engineering, data analysis, or related fields.
2. Strong interest in product market research, with preference for candidates with product development experience and familiarity with data analysis tools (such as Excel, SQL, etc.).
3. Excellent organizational and project management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
4. High emotional intelligence with strong communication and collaboration skills.
