Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the registration and modification of daily necessities, submission of required materials to regulatory authorities, and conducting random inspections of finished products in the warehouse.

2. Implement quality policies, goals, and management systems to enhance employee awareness of regulations, standards, and customer requirements, strengthening the company's quality culture.

3. Collect, analyze, and provide feedback on quality information related to daily necessities, issue advisory notices, and report adverse events, taking corrective and preventive actions as necessary.

4. Organize relevant departments to review non-conforming products, monitor the execution of corrective and preventive measures, and verify their effectiveness.

5. Plan and organize management reviews, prepare audit reports, and present review results to management.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in chemical engineering, chemistry, medicine, pharmacy, biotechnology, public health, or related fields.

2. Knowledge of relevant regulations regarding the quality and safety of cosmetics and daily necessities.

3. Familiar with quality management practices for daily necessities, possessing the skills to guide or oversee departments in implementing cosmetic quality systems and solving practical problems.

4. Capable of guiding or supervising departments to implement the quality system for daily necessities, with strong problem-solving skills.
