Order Administrator




Job Responsibilities:

1. Familiar with e-commerce platform systems, collaborate with the team to produce results, and provide timely feedback to assist customer service in resolving various product issues.

2. Manage the warehouse and handle order processing through online instant messaging tools (including new orders, reorders, exchanges, cancellations, etc.).

3. Independently address after-sales issues such as returns, courier exceptions, refunds, and returns, ensuring prompt, effective, and appropriate resolution.

4. Assist in completing promotional activities and track customer feedback, promptly reporting to management.

5. Collect customer information and effectively address complaints and concerns, analyzing customer needs and relaying insights to leadership.


Qualifications:

1. Proficient in system operations and skilled in using office software such as WORD and EXCEL.

2. Familiar with e-commerce processes and operational standards, capable of efficiently handling data and workflows in store operations.

3. Previous experience in customer service on platforms like Taobao and Tmall is preferred.

4. Strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit, able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
