Job Responsibilities:

1. Build and develop the company’s content team, focusing on positioning and incubating the company’s account IP from the ground up.

2. Oversee content planning and operations for the company’s accounts across various new media platforms, crafting strategies and creative outputs tailored to product features, while swiftly responding to social and industry trends to generate marketing conversations.

3. Manage content production and publication for various vertical channels, ensuring regular updates and maintenance, while deeply exploring the intrinsic value of the content and engaging target audiences.

4. Monitor promotional channel effectiveness, analyze data, provide feedback, and implement timely optimizations.


Qualifications:

1. Experience managing accounts with over a million followers, with preference for candidates who have built accounts from scratch.

2. Understanding of short video MCN strategies, user engagement, and growth, along with relevant resources in the field.

3. Familiarity with e-commerce strategies on platforms like TikTok and Kwai, with a keen awareness of user needs and advertising materials, demonstrating a dynamic and innovative mindset.
