Job Responsibilities:
1. Build and manage the content team, defining the company account’s IP positioning, incubation, and developing it from scratch.
2. Plan and operate content for the company’s accounts across various new media platforms, tailoring content strategy, topics, and creative output to product characteristics, while quickly responding to social and industry trends to create marketing opportunities.
3. Produce and publish content on vertical channel platforms, maintaining and updating them regularly, and deeply exploring the intrinsic value of the content to engage target audiences effectively.
4. Track promotional performance across channels, analyze data, provide feedback, and implement timely optimizations.
Qualifications:
1. Experience managing accounts with over a million followers; preference given to candidates with experience in developing accounts from the ground up.
2. Understanding of short video MCN operations, user engagement, and growth, with a network of relevant industry resources.
3. Familiarity with e-commerce strategies on platforms like TikTok and Kwai, sensitivity to user needs and advertising materials, and a creative, innovative mindset.
